In like a lamb, out like a lamb

Wow, have we had an amazing month of March weather here in Minnesota. Heard a stat today from some co-workers about how this is the first March on record (since late 1800s) that we have not had a single flake of snow the entire month. That is just CRAZY??!!!! In fact, it has been almost 75 degrees here the past couple days. Simply FABULOUS!!!

All is well here this week. We watched the new Sherlock Holmes movie last night and thought it was pretty clever (and action-oriented). Both really enjoyed it! We are also planning to watch the New Moon (twilight series) movie that also just came out on video; looking forward to checking that one out as well. That series of books is on my 2010 reading list...but have a few other things in front of it in the cue. Just started into a book called "Modoc" this week which my buddy Megan loaned me. She knows I'm OBSESSED with elephants and Modoc is an elephant book so NATURALLY, I'm psyched to read it!!

It is hard to believe the first 90 days of the year are just about in the books. My exercise plan is going very well. So far in 2010, I've logged 42 hours of running in the basement. My new years resolution was to get 3 hours of exercise a week so nice to be ahead of that goal! I'm finding that it is really all about having a good sound track (literally). I put on my head phones, put on my arm band with my iphone and crank up the itunes. Running and exercise is just such an amazing stress reliever!

We are loving the bathtub/shower fixture upgrade and the kitchen faucet upgrade. So nice to have the newer fixtures installed and functional; Andrew really is turning into quite the plumber! I am perfectly content to play the role of "vanna"! We are starting to get excited about breaking out the golf clubs and swinging away. Hoping to squeeze some golf into our upcoming trip to California!

We have been commuting together again this week. Works out well except for days like yesterday when my meetings unexpectedly run long. Good thing Andrew had his iphone apps to keep him busy! We're settling in for some pizza and a movie tonight; good stuff! Hope everyone is having a great week =)
