Bad weather

We had a really heavy, intense storm system come through Eden Prairie/Chanhassen (where we work) around the lunch hour today. Nasty stuff, yikes. Tornado warning alarms went off at Andrew's work and I saw plenty out the window at my work to be concern. It looked like midnight outside...at times you couldn't even tell there were trees outside it was just pitch black. Then it lightened up just enough for us to notice that the leaves on the trees stopped moving (which made us think a tornado was nearby) and the sky had the most erie, hazy green color I've ever seen. Then eventually the wind picked up again, the sky lightened a little and then everything from the sky just let loose. Heaps of rain, some hail and major wind gusts. Was sure glad to see the storm pass by and the sky return to normal. Unpredictable summer weather, that's for sure!
