Andrew and I REALLY ENJOYED seeing the pool in their backyard! How California it is =) February, pool that is not frozen; love it! It was a bit too chilly to take a dip in it; but enjoyed sitting by it! A nice mental break from the snow for sure!

By The Pool
Andrew and I met up in Bakersfield, Calif., at my sister and her hubby's home for Packer Superbowl Weekend. I had an eight day trip to California for work that was scheduled many months ago, so as part of that I'd intended to stay with Renee and Collin for that weekend. Once we knew the Packers had made it, we immediately booked Andrew's plane ticket so he could be there too. He needed an escape from the crazy winter weather we'd been having as well.
