My plane was supposed to depart STL at 4:45 pm. We pulled back from the gate and then the captain announced there was bad weather west of the MSP area. We were going to sit on the tarmac for an hour and wait for the weather to blow through. An hour later, another announcement that the storm had stalled out and we needed to wait longer. After 2 hrs sitting on the plane on the tarmac, they finally sent us back to the gate and let us deboard (thank goodness)! Plane finally departed STL at 8:30 so in all about a 4 hr delay getting back home. Finally walked in the front door here by 11:45 pm. It was a LONG day!
