To all the rockstars moms out there (you know who you are!!), happy mothers day:) Hope you had very special days. Giving a special shout out to my mom and Andrew's mom - lots of love to both of you. Thanks for all your love and support!!!
We had a very nice weekend. Kicked it off with a mini anniversary celebration trip to Downtown Minneapolis on Friday night. We stayed at the Hotel Ivy (our first time at that hotel) and really liked it! It is right across the street from the Hilton Minneapolis where we typically stay for my company's holiday party each December. It was nice to spend more time checking out downtown.
We had a fabulous dinner out at Seven Steakhouse...our first time checking that place out as well. It is really two restaurants in one: steakhouse on first floor; sushi place on upper floor. Really fun place with amazing food!! Andrew and I both think those were the most tasty steaks we'd ever had. We tried out a yummy Pinot Noir wine and it was really good too!
Rest of weekend was spent catching up on some things around the house. Back at it tomorrow;)
