One of our favorite things to do on weekends lately is to walk around home improvement stores and brainstorm fun upgrades we'd like to do to the house (at some point). A big new Menards store recently opened in the town I work in. Andrew got to check it out a couple weeks back. Today we went there together to take a stroll around. They have this crazy moving walkway that goes between the first and second levels. So, you and your shopping card hop on the moving walk way together. There's even a clever device on the wheels that holds the cart in place on the incline. The whole experience feels kind of airport-esque. Reminded me of cruising through the airport...just without the british accent announcing that "you've reached the end of the moving walkway"!!
Got lots of great ideas today for future kitchen renovations. Counter tops, cabinets, ovens, oh my! So many options =)
