Wow, the badger football game today was INTENSE. Can't believe we actually managed to sneak away with a 20-19 victory. Sure was amazing the timing of the blocked extra point at the end. WOW! Arizona State sure gave us a run for our money. Hopefully the team can get some of the injured players back for next week?! We'll see! Always fun to watch the badgers in action!
Got lots of stuff done around the house today and even managed to take a nice long walk around the neighborhood this evening after the game. Looks like fall is officially here with temps regularly in the 50s. We're supposed to hit the low 70s on Monday which would be nice, but know that is short lived.
Think we're going to make a visit to one of the apple orchards down the road from us tomorrow, as we're about out of our apples from the Apple Jack orchard we went to last weekend. There are just soo many apple varieties to taste test!!

We were at the Korpis' for the game...since we don't have cable - and to visit. I was thinking of you guys and picturing you enjoying the game too.
That was too close of a game considering the competition. Who's all out due to injury right now?
The Hawkeyes weren't so lucky against the other Arizona team. But it was a special teams loss.
Can't wait until the Badgers come to town (Oct 23)! Anybody want to meet in Iowa City?
