Blue Moon

Pop quiz...how many people have either heard of or eaten Blue Moon ice cream? It is one of my favorites...but I don't see it sold very many places. It always reminds me of when I was little and on vacation with my Grandma and Grandpa. There was always one place they'd take us in Cuba City (I think) that carried it. Closest thing I can equate the taste to is cotton candy. Anyhow, while in Madison at the Memorial Union last weekend, we stopped by the ice cream shop. Imagine my surprise when I see they actually stock Blue Moon Ice Cream; fabulous! It tasted just as good as I remember!
