This week was very full! I was in Hershey, PA for a few days for work. Got home around midnight on Thursday night. Weather there was BEAUTIFUL! Sunny, fall weather. Had dinner at a horse racing track/casino on Wednesday evening with some coworkers and customers which was good fun. I was surprised they were still running horses. Seems kind of late in the season for that. Andrew and I did not make any trips to Canterbury (our local horse racing track) this year, so this got me thinking maybe next year we'll have to stop by our local track at least once.
Also while in Hershey, I was able to briefly stop by Hershey's Chocolate World to stock up on some chocolate. It is amazing all the crazy chocolate stuff they have there. You can even make your own chocolate bar or get your photo printed on one of the chocolate syrup bottle labels. We've been taste testing some of the goodies this weekend. The irish mint kisses are not quite what i was expecting...but enjoying everything else!
My buddy Sarv and her boyfriend Andrew are visiting us this weekend (yay!!!). Sarv and I were scheduled to run a 5K turkey trot yesterday morning in Chaska but we woke up to a snow storm so we opted out. Had to go out and clean the snow off the satellite twice yesterday morning to get any satellite signal. It was really coming down. Seems strange to see the white stuff outside again?!

The badgers put up 83 points in their game against Indiana yesterday. That was a new record. Holy cats. Gotta love it when the announcers at the end of the game comment that they're not even sure the badger basketball team is capable of putting up that may points in a game. Of course, they also made a reference to our high score looking more like an Oregon football team score! Next week we take on Michigan. Football season is quickly wrapping up - can't believe there are only a couple games left.
