Landscaping Project Complete!

Saturday morning was filled with LOTS of lawn-care activities. We finished the little bit of mulch that needed placed in the front of our house and then remulched the entire backyard landscaping - 36 bags total. Amazing how fast it goes though with two of you working on things. PLUS, we figured out the local coop had the kind of mulch we needed so we picked up 30 of our bags from there so that was very, very convenient. Andrew also mowed the front yard and did used the weedeater while I was out picking up groceries and the last few bags of mulch to finish off the backyard.

You'll also see all the flowers/bushes in our yard are in bloom. I will most more macro photos from flowers in our yard when I have time - such a beautiful time of year. AND, all the rain during the past month has left our grass very thick and green; although I'm sure the two lawn treatments we've already done this year have also helped the cause! So, between the fresh mulch we put down and the refresh of decorative rocks we put down last month - the yard looks primed for a summer full of outdoor fun!
